Sandra Piggot on Milk

I just remember the dairy being used to wash all the milking equipment from the stables, all the Gascoigne Alpha Laval buckets and equipment.

That’s all I remember the dairy for and of course for cooling the milk.

Always remember wheeling the milk churns across from the stable into the dairy and fixing the cooler in it and was fascinated as a little kid by the water running down the sides of the milk churns to cool it.
