Roy Collins on Horses

Well, I used to plough two horses with the tractor driver, ‘cos in those days a tractor driver was very hard done and I used to, like where you plough, he used to measure it out, 18 yards, 20 yards whatever, and there’s always odd corners with the tractor so they put me in there to travel with my two horses, shire horses, they were beautiful, and I used to do that but I spent quite a good time learning the jobs.
