Rearing baby calves and things like that. I enjoyed most of it any rate.
I didn’t enjoy getting up at night and checking on a cow that’s just calved in case she had milk fever and all that sort of thing, or to check out to see if she’d calved because you never knew when the actual time was going to happen.
You knew it was underway for her to have a calf, or the birth signs was there, but you couldn’t stay up all night waiting for the birth, you know?
