It used to go to the Creamers didn’t it so I mean, I can’t remember now, you’re going back a lot of years for goodness sake. But it used to be in churns and if you wanted a bit of cream you could take it down, after it had stood a while, get the cream off and you used to have to take the milk churns up the road and then after time went on … well first of all we had like the cow stable wasn’t it, then we put in a milking parlour… … and then they brought in bulk milk tanks … so the lorry then had to come down to the farm to collect it.
