Ruth Stone
Ruby Cooper | Sandra Piggot
Born in Winchester, Ruth lived in Brambles farm house, Forest Road with her extended family, helping out on the farm with her brother as well as at the Saw Mill.
When she left school at 17, Ruth went into nursing, but shares with us some wonderful memories of her early life in farming on the Isle of Wight.
